Pregis is seeking a hands-on Machine Setup Technician in Sussex, WI to set up, troubleshoot, and support converting equipment. You will minimize downtime, verify quality, and maximize output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and start converting equipment to support daily production schedules.
• Prepare machines with required film, materials and components.
• Perform quality checks to verify setup and product specs.
• Operate equipment when setup is complete and running smoothly.
• Identify and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with maintenance and supervisors for advanced repairs.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Assist teammates and support cross-shift production.
