Role overview: Operates and maintains saturant towers for coloring and insulating fibrous materials, ensuring efficient and quality production.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading reels, lacing wire, filling saturant, setting controllers, starting and adjusting machines, maintaining quality, troubleshooting issues, and other duties as assigned.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of process equipment, safety regulations, basic math, attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree is a plus.

Language skills: Effective communication in English (verbal & written)

Qualifications: 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Shift: 3rd shift: Monday – Friday
