Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and meet production/quality standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate various types of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to inspect parts, materials, and finished products for quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate various fabrication equipment and machinery, including cutting, bending, and welding equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, sketches, and other production documentation to determine production requirements.
• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and specifications to accurately complete tasks.
• Inspect finished products, components, and materials to verify conformance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, equipment concerns, or other production-related issues to the supervisor or team leader.
• Perform general labor and material-handling tasks, including cleaning work areas and assisting with setup/changeover/breakdown.
• Safely handle and position materials, parts, and components as required for operations.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and communicate production concerns.
