Job summary

NOVO PRECISION Bristol, CT is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to set up, program, operate, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on wire forming machines during production.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Pack finished product and store them in designated areas.
• Clean work station at the end of every shift.
