TriMas Packaging LLC in Auburn, IN is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator to run assembly machines and inspect products for quality. Position is on-site, full-time, with a pay scale that increases with tenure.

The role requires basic high school education and preferred manufacturing experience. Starting wage is $18.28/hour with increases at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years, and is eligible for a shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of assembly machines and inspect product to guarantee quality requirements.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safety procedures.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Inspect product and record results as required by Quality Specifications.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Climb steps as required.
• Report unsafe or unhealthy conditions to supervision.
