Responsibilities

• Observes all safety rules and uses PPE.
• Maintains GMP practices and clean work area.
• Sets up, changes over, adjusts, repairs and operates all machinery on all shifts.
• Ensures equipment is in operating condition and ready for startup.
• Makes necessary adjustments to maintain product flow.
• Performs process control and quality checks.
• Operates date coders and verifies dates on cases.
• Maintains safe, orderly work area per GMP and safety guidelines.
• Cleans all equipment using current sanitation practices.
• Assists Quality Assurance in obtaining product samples.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of processing equipment.
• Completes daily production reports accurately and timely.
• Trains new associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
