Ōnin Staffing in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Production worker for a full-time role operating and monitoring high-speed production equipment to produce corrugated packaging products. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment; weekend and overtime work may be required.

Starting pay is $18 to $18.39 per hour with weekly pay, 2nd or 3rd shift options, and benefits

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating machinery or high-speed production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow production orders and work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed production machinery.

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Help minimize equipment downtime and maintain consistent production.

We are currently hiring experienced and dependable Manufacturing Production applicants for a full-time opportunity in the Lewisburg, TN area.

This position involves operating and monitoring high-speed manufacturing equipment used to produce corrugated packaging products. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay: $18-$18.39 per hour

2nd and 3rd Shift

Full-time

Overtime may be available

Must be willing to work weekends as needed

What You'll Do
