Job summary

Brakebush Brothers Irving in Irving, TX is seeking a Machine Operator II (Box Maker IQF) for the 3rd shift. This full-time, nonexempt position involves setup and operation of the machine, coordination with production for marinating processes, weighing ingredients, and daily QA reporting.

Pre-employment drug test and physical are required. The role provides competitive hourly compensation, benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and annual bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able and available to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup & operation.
• Setup & programs DSI.
• Coordinate with production personnel for marinating process.
• Stage and weigh ingredients for marinating prine.
• Plan daily production run with raw ingredients for marinating prine for next shift.
• Maintain and monitor pick up weights on finished products.
• Communicate with production personnel and management on missed opportunities.
• Daily reporting with QA for product out of specification.
• Report concerns to management.
