Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc in Irving, TX, is seeking a Machine Operator II (Box Maker IQF) for a full-time, hourly non-exempt role. You will set up and run machines, program DSI, and coordinate marinating-related tasks to support daily production.

Qualifications

• Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
• Must be able and available to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup & operation.
• Setup & programs DSI.
• Coordinates with production personnel for marinating process.
• Stages and weighs out ingredients for marinating prine.
• Plans for daily production run with raw ingredients for marinating prine for the next shift.
• Maintains and monitors pick up weights on short and overages on finished products.
• Communicates with production personnel and management on missed opportunities.
• Daily reporting with QA for product out of specification.
• Communicating with management when there are concerns with Production Safety and Employee relations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.
• Checks quality of product.
