Qualifications

• Experience operating in a fast‑paced, ready‑to‑eat food facility is a plus.
• Self‑guided and motivated to operate independently.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and safety guidelines, wear PPE and adhere to all safety rules.
• Determine machine adjustments based on product specifications and material requirements.
• Set stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or template.
• Observe machine operation and detect product defects and/or machine malfunctions.
• Actively identify mechanical issues that could lead to machine breakdown or downtime.
• Perform periodic product sample weights to ensure proper fill weight.
• Completing documentation required for product quality assurance.
