IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift in Sycamore, Illinois. The role involves forming, assembling, and packaging products with supervision, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Expect routine data entry and the ability to read job instructions and diagrams, with a focus on teamwork and reliability. This regular full-time factory position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work 11:00pm–7:30am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and teamwork in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform routine production tasks under supervision, including forming, assembling and packaging; set-up and operate stations.
• Use tools and equipment as required (hand tools, soldering equipment, assembly and test equipment).
• Monitor quality using blueprints and specs; maintain charts and documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to quality procedures.
• Attend work regularly and communicate effectively with team.
