Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated candidates for 3rd Shift Machine Operator openings in Forest Lake, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new processes, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Hourly pay is $24.25 per hour with a Monday–Friday night schedule (9:45pm–6:15am). Pay is weekly and the position is an Evaluation-to-Hire opportunity with benefits including health, dental & vision

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components according to specifications
• Load and unload materials, including tubs, bins, and parts
• Perform die changes and machine adjustments to maintain product quality
• Inspect parts, verify measurements, and ensure accuracy of production output
• Read and scan production paperwork, apply labels, and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures
• Support continuous production flow by keeping pace with machine cycles and team needs
