Job summary

Staffmark Group in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Metal Plater for second or third shift. The position offers hands-on production work with plating and finishing processes, focusing on quality and safety. Paid training is provided for entry-level candidates and experience in metal finishing is a plus.

Shifts run Monday–Friday with no weekend work. The role requires following detailed work instructions and maintaining production records while contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous plating, metal finishing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; paid training provided.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Experience with quality standards, hazardous materials, or industrial production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal plating and finishing processes according to specifications.
• Load, hang, and remove parts from production racks.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
• Complete required documentation and production records.
• Assist with line maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely with chemicals, equipment, and hazardous materials.
• Conduct visual quality inspections on finished products.
