Job summary

Henkel is hiring a Production Operator for the 3rd shift in Cannon Falls, MN. You will safely assemble raw materials and process products using automatic and manual machines, following batch tickets and recipes while tracking materials.

The role requires strong math, reading comprehension and mechanical reasoning, plus detail, teamwork and a safety‑minded attitude. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; training on equipment including high lift trucks will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to operate production equipment safely including high lift trucks.
• Must be trainable and capable of daily record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assembles raw materials and processes products per recipes.
• Creates batches following batch tickets; tracks raw materials.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and works well in a team.
• Demonstrates math, reading and mechanical reasoning with troubleshooting.
