The role supports production through safe startup, operation, and shutdown of machines, loading parts, monitoring quality, and performing routine set-up and minor troubleshooting to meet manufacturing targets.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year manufacturing experience preferred, and be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines safely per SOPs.
• Load unfinished parts and unload finished parts.
• Check parts quality with designated instruments.
• Perform routine setup and minor troubleshooting.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
