Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 80–100% of shift; push/pull 22 lbs.
• Read a ruler within 1/64".
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/pneumatic tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce defect-free products meeting specs.
• Follow schedule boards and run orders; perform hand finishing as required.
• Conduct final pre-run inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Handle hazardous materials per procedures.
• Work from standard work instructions and procedures.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other shifts to report job updates.
