Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Stand for 80–100% of shift.
• Ability to push/pull 22 lbs.
• Ability to climb 8 inches; frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow Schedule Boards or Hour by Hour boards.
• Print and produce product to match order specifications; hand finish tasks as required.
• Perform pre-run inspections, in-process quality checks, and final completion with quality targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance on applicable equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures.
• Work from standard work and written instructions to complete tasks.
• Address routine inquiries and refer complex issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with other shifts to provide updates on current jobs.
