The operator will follow shcedule boards, perform quality checks, and potentially handle minor maintenance while adhering to company policies. This position requires physical stamina and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including email, MS Office, and data entry.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Stand for 80–100% of shift and push/pull 22 lbs.
• Read and follow written directions with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow Schedule Boards or Hour by Hour boards.
• Print and produce product to match order specification; hand finish as required.
• Perform pre-run inspections, quality checks, and end-of-run checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on applicable equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials per procedures.
• Work from standard work and instructions to complete tasks.
• Provide updates to different shifts and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
