Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and run multiple machines to manufacture components for premium fitness equipment. Expect a four‑day schedule Mon–Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM with a wage base of $19.00–$22.13/hr plus a $2.00/hr 3rd shift differential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a safety‑minded approach to work.
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints as part of production.
• Experience with basic metal fabrication processes and QA checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment (punch press, saws, drill press, tumbler).
• Inspect parts to verify tolerances and specs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep area clean.
• Complete required documentation and follow procedures.
