Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Robotic Welder on the 3rd shift to operate welding robots and produce high-quality components for premium fitness equipment.

You’ll enjoy a four-day workweek, a $2.00 per hour shift differential, overtime opportunities, on-site fitness center access, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with 4% match, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor welding robots throughout production.
• Set up and tear down jobs by loading fixtures and parts.
• Perform visual quality inspections of parts and welds.
• Remove weld spatter using a chisel or grinder.
• Tag completed rework jobs appropriately.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Report material shortages or quality concerns to Lead or Supervisor.
• Safely operate a hoist to position parts.
