What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Our Machine Operators are responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6:00 pm - 5:15 am (Mon-Fri, weekends as needed)
• Operate and monitor equipment, replenish materials during the shift
• Set up machinery, ensuring all materials are ready for production
• Visually inspect production run, document results, and confirm product quality
• Report malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor or manager
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent required
• Forklift Certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
