Qualifications

Technical school training or equivalent hands-on experience required.
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; PLC troubleshooting preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience a plus; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Install, modify, and repair production equipment.
Operate maintenance shop equipment including welders, grinders, drill presses, and saws.
Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and modifications.
Troubleshoot PLC-related equipment issues.
Operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts as needed.
Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
Assist with spare parts inventory and ordering.
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.
