Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Machine Cast Operator for our Kohler, Wisconsin location. This role is onsite in Kohler, WI and offers a starting hourly rate of $26.45, plus a $1.50 shift premium, with a 3rd shift from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

You will operate robot demolding machines, perform mold maintenance, and comply with safety policies. Occasional overtime may be required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate robot demolding machines, finish ware, perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Wear a respirator when required.
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
