Job summary

Machine Cast Operator at Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is responsible for operating robot demolding machines, finishing ware, and performing mold TPM tasks in the Pottery division. This role requires adherence to safety standards and attention to detail on high-quality cast iron production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate robot demolding machines, finish ware, perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Wear a respirator when required.
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
