Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring for a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler at our Kohler, Wisconsin Distribution Center. This role supports picking, putaway, replenishments and other zones, operating PIVs as required, with a 2nd shift 2:30PM-10:30PM plus overtime.

Starting pay is $25.20 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium, with day-1 benefits, health/dental/vision and a 401k with company match. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and capable of lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn and efficiently perform in all areas of pick zones (Shuttles, Picking, High Picking, Putaway, Replenishments, Overpack).
• Operate all PIVs as required.
• Accomplish tasks individually or in teams; flex to other zones as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
