Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a high-volume beverage manufacturing and packaging operation on a contract-to-hire basis in Skokie, IL. You will perform general labor tasks across automated lines, loading/unloading trays, labeling, packing, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred, particularly in production or general labor roles.
  • Experience with production environments, including tasks such as loading, unloading, packing, or basic machine operation.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standardized procedures accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail during visual quality checks and packing finished goods.
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort working with simple production equipment, such as push-button labeling machines.
  • Commitment to GMP and safety standards at all times.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This role supports a high-volume beverage manufacturing and packaging operation by performing essential general labor tasks on automated production lines. Production Associates handle tray loading and unloading, operate simple labeling equipment, pack finished products, and perform basic quality checks in a clean, fast-paced, and consistent environment. The position offers stable, repetitive work that requires strong reliability and attention to detail across multiple shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Skokie, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
