Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a high-volume beverage manufacturing and packaging operation on a contract-to-hire basis in Skokie, IL. You will perform general labor tasks across automated lines, loading/unloading trays, labeling, packing, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred, particularly in production or general labor roles.
• Experience with production environments, including tasks such as loading, unloading, packing, or basic machine operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standardized procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail during visual quality checks and packing finished goods.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working with simple production equipment, such as push-button labeling machines.
• Commitment to GMP and safety standards at all times.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Production Associates handle tray loading and unloading, operate simple labeling equipment, pack finished products, and perform basic quality checks in a clean, fast-paced, and consistent environment. The position offers stable, repetitive work that requires strong reliability and attention to detail across multiple shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Skokie, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
