Aerotek is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate CNC machines in a wood manufacturing environment, reading blueprints, and ensuring product quality. This contract-to-hire role requires 2+ years of operator experience and attention to detail.

Job Description

This role focuses on operating equipment to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts in a wood manufacturing environment. You will use your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn to produce high-quality components while working closely with a team. You will regularly troubleshoot machines to maintain efficiency and product quality, contributing directly to smooth and reliable production.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
