Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound shipments, waste management coordination, and forklift maintenance scheduling. You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure a smooth logistics flow and support training within the Warehouse team.

Strong Math and basic computer skills are required, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Some overtime or weekend work may be necessary, and a High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
• Maintain daily inbound/outbound vehicle schedules.
• Liaise between Warehouse and other departments on logistics.
• Coordinate waste pickup and recyclables with hauler.
• Schedule forklift maintenance with vendors.
• Track warehouse metrics and reporting.
• Assist with Training for Warehouse team.
• Overtime/weekend duties may be required.
