Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound shipments of components and raw materials, coordinate waste management, and track warehouse metrics at the Rockford facility. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to maintain production schedules and ensure efficient logistics.

This position may require overtime or weekend work. A strong emphasis on adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies is essential for daily operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common programs.
• Ability to participate effectively in conversations (communication).
• Ability to read standard items addressed to general readers.
• Intermediate reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and schedule components/raw materials.
• Maintain daily inbound/outbound vehicle schedules.
• Liaise between Warehouse and other departments on transportation/logistics.
• Coordinate waste pickup and recyclables with waste hauler.
• Schedule maintenance on forklifts with vendors.
• Gather and track warehouse-related metrics.
• Assist in training and update SOPs for the Warehouse department.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
