Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 10-15 person team on a 3rd shift at our on-site Illinois facility. You will drive safety, efficiency, and process improvements while coaching staff and coordinating payroll and timekeeping.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, managing attendance, and ensuring GMP compliance for a food-grade warehouse, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college.
• 2+ years supervising warehousing staff.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for staff and temp workers.
• Follow SOPs for inbound/outbound, material handling, and inventory.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork through clear communication.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents and file reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and timesheets for associates.
• Oversee 10-15 associates and ensure GMP compliance for food-grade warehouse.
