You will coach leaders, monitor performance with dashboards, and ensure rapid issue resolution while maintaining a zero-injury mindset. You will collaborate with Automation, Maintenance and IT teams to optimize material flow, leverage CPS and Lean for continuous improvement, and align staffing with workload

Responsibilities

• Lead all 3rd-shift warehouse and automation operations ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Coach and develop operations leaders with clear expectations and accountability.
• Maintain awareness of operations via floor observation, dashboards and metrics.
• Identify issues, escalate with ownership, and drive fast resolution.
• Champion a zero-injury culture with EHS partnership.
• Oversee operation of AutoStore, AMRs, material handling devices and systems.
• Adapt leadership to a fast-paced, automated operation driven by data.
• Track priorities, disruptions, and corrective actions through resolution.
• Use data to identify trends, remove bottlenecks and improve metrics.
• Collaborate with Automation, Maintenance, and IT to fix system issues.
• Lead recovery during disruptions and volume changes.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, CPS and root-cause analysis.
• Develop frontline leadership through coaching and succession planning.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and collaboration.
