Job summary

The position requires a High School degree plus 1 year GMP experience; preferred candidates may have an Associate/Bachelor's degree and GMP exposure. Training provided; shift entails Monday–Friday with occasional schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High School degree plus minimum one (1) year work experience in GMP regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to be organized and work well in small work groups.
• Detail oriented with ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Experience in GMP/biotech environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine unit operations in Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging as assigned related to the manufacturing of drug product in a multi-product facility.
• Performs duties under limited supervision and according to standard operating and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist Sr. Associate and Master Associate in assembling and packaging in designated areas.
• Support troubleshooting to equipment.
• Assist with setup of automated and semi-automated machines and retrieval of components from storage.
• Assist with equipment changeover and minor repairs/adjustments.
• Identify and help correct problems in real time (mechanical and component issues).
• Document all activities in batch records, logbooks, and SOP attachments per SOP.
• Assist with room cleaning, waste disposal, and maintaining safety requirements.
• Ensure equipment usage is documented and calibrated; complete logbooks as required.
• Perform assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks and ensure materials are stocked before start.
• Move products and components; transfer items within CNC area.
• Communicate hand-offs to relief personnel during shift changes.
• Maintain 5S standards in production areas and escalate unsafe conditions.
