American Wood Fibers, Inc. is hiring for a 3rd Shift Log Yard Operator at our Jamestown, CA facility. The role involves production duties, operating heavy equipment, yard organization, and safety compliance in a manual labor environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Valid Driver’s License, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits. Jamestown site operates full-time shifts with on-site work and full safety protocols.

Mansioni

Work in production to keep wood shavings on track and meet shift goals.
Operate and maintain shavers and yard equipment to support yard activity.
Move logs and coordinate with truck drivers to maintain safe yard operations.
Monitor log and wood shavings quality and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Operate loader, knuckle boom, and skid steer in yard and along access routes.
