Qualifications

• 3 years of production and maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operators and coordinate shift activities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and OSHA standards.
• Monitor quality, housekeeping and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Attend daily production meetings and report on orders and inventory.
