Greif is seeking a 3rd Shift-Line Operator to support manufacturing operations. Under supervision, you will prepare jobs, move materials, operate power tools, and collaborate with plant workers to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relies on basic verbal/written communication, listening, and teamwork. Shift is 10:40pm–7:00am, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt; prepare jobs and put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follow directions to operate machinery and handle routine materials and tools on assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities and non-technical plant tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to supervisor or higher-level colleagues and follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine activities including, but not limited to preparing jobs, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools and other equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.

Shift Hours

10:40pm-7am Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Performs routine property care activities.
• Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Routine quality checks on finished products.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between18.10 to18.10. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
