Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a production team member for a food manufacturing environment on the 3rd shift (11:30pm start). Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, with responsibilities including unpacking materials, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motions.
• Rotating schedules including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble product, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, GMP and safety regulations.
