On-site position with a strong emphasis on leadership on the shop floor. Responsibilities include deploying Hoshin plans, kaizen events, and sustaining Lean systems across wax, shell, foundry, and finishing departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 7 years in Continuous Improvement; minimum 5 years in a leadership role; US work authorization required.
• Experience leading Lean and ABS/Operational Excellence initiatives; knowledge of Hoshin planning, TPM/OEE, 5S and A3 thinking.
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor across shop floor and leadership levels; strong data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual Hoshin plans and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and frontline management.
• Lead cross-functional Lean initiatives to improve flow, throughput, and quality in casting processes.
• Champion visual management, KPI tracking, and monthly leadership updates on progress.
