Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor in Pittsfield, MA to lead our production team.

This hands-on role ensures safe, efficient operations, coaches staff, and drives continuous improvement while meeting daily production goals and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a lead/supervisor position in manufacturing and experience with machine operation; shift is Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet daily goals, quality standards, and safety objectives.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Promote communication across shifts and departments to resolve issues.
