Job summary

Eurostampa North America is seeking a 3rd shift packager to operate state-of-the-art packaging equipment and ensure accurate labeling and packing.

You will monitor machines, complete production paperwork, and support a team in a temperature-controlled facility with strong focus on employee satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good computer skills and data entry ability.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand long periods.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work overtime.
• Must have good color judgment.
• Able to work any shift, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitors, operates, and adjusts packaging equipment in multiple areas according to procedures.
• Completes all necessary production packaging paperwork.
• Compares documents to ensure customer inventory accuracy.
• Places rolls in boxes and handles spacers, inserts, and related items without compromising production.
• Picks up rolls from press as needed to keep production moving.
• Troubleshoots minor equipment problems and resolves them with minimal downtime.
• Works well in a team environment and records time and production for job costing.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and press.
• Follows safety rules and company policies.
