  • Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated reliable work history.
  • Attention to detail: Be detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Packaging: Package finished products for storage and shipment, adhering to customer specifications.
  • Material Management: Select and maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials for processing and warehouse activities.
  • Tool Maintenance: Keep a working set of tools required for packaging tasks.
  • Specification Adherence: Read and follow standard and special packaging specifications.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and properly operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging equipment.
  • Documentation: Complete and inspect paperwork, tagging, and final packaging of finished products.
  • Product Transfer: Move finished products to storage or shipping areas as needed.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area according to company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with processing crew members and company management.
