Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring for a 3rd Shift Janitorial Supervisor (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a manufacturing facility. You will lead a custodial team, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate activities to meet client expectations.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for long-term career growth within Allegiance. The role requires supervisory experience, strong planning and communication skills, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.

Formación

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Strong service/quality mindset.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an assigned building/area and ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate and promote Allegiance's culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
