East Penn Manufacturing, a world class leader in lead-acid battery production, is seeking experienced Injection Molding Set Up Operators for 3rd shift. Join our high-performing team where precision, safety, and innovation drive success.

You will set up molds that weigh up to 17,000 lbs, start up molds to specifications, perform some repairs and routine cleaning, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating injection molding equipment.
• Ability to handle heavy molds up to 17,000 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, attendance, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds weighing up to 17,000 lbs with hoist into injection molding machines.
• Start up molds to meet all parts specifications including appearance from start up sheets.
• Perform repairs on molds and troubleshoot other machines.
• Clean molds at each change and clean assigned machines at shift end.
• Maintain tools and follow safety practices; assist with general duties as needed.
