Job summary

Mercury Plastics in Middlefield, OH, is seeking a 3rd Shift Injection Mold Operator to join our production team. The role requires basic experience in manufacturing and the ability to learn and follow training parameters on injection molding machines.

The position offers a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am) with pay ranging from $20.50 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Great benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow training parameters on injection molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine.
• Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle.
• Maintain cycle times.
• Visually inspect finished parts to ensure quality specifications.
• Pack finished parts for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
