Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Ingredient Scaler for the Carrollton, TX facility. This full-time role supports the Production team on the 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am, Mon–Fri with some Saturdays).

Responsibilities include accurate scaling of ingredients, calibration checks, and maintaining proper ingredient supply. We require a High School diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and speak English, plus basic math to count products and fill orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team by accurately scaling ingredients for canning and icing.
• Locate and verify correct scaling formulas.
• Check scale calibration and ensure accurate ingredient measurements.
• Keep bins and racks stocked with scaled ingredients and support the mixing area as needed.
• Relieve Head Mixer and Mixer Helper for breaks and adhere to GMP/OSHA regulations.
