Job summary

The High Companies (via High Steel Structures) seeks experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters for a 3rd shift in Williamsport, PA. Shift: Mon-Thu 8:30 pm–7:00 am with 25% differential on base hourly rate.

ADN duties include surface prep and applying finishes such as paint and metalizing to steel components. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; prior painting experience with spray guns is preferred; sandblasting or powder coating a plus; ability to read prints and use

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with painting using a spray gun desired.
• Sandblasting or powder coating experience a plus.
• Ability to read prints, spec tables and use layout/measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for coating.
• Apply standard finishes to machined parts including paint and metalizing.
• Follow specifications and prints for coating to steel bridge beams and cross members.
