Job summary
Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Lancaster, SC facility on a 3rd shift 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3). The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime and safety.
The ideal candidate has strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills, reads schematics, and performs preventive maintenance, welding, and installation
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Minimum five years of related industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, blueprints.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Forklift/Scissor lift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment.
- Inspect machinery and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Read schematics and manuals to diagnose issues.
- Install conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Operate welding and cutting equipment for upgrades.
- Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with teams.
