Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment and facility systems. The role requires adherence to GMP, safety standards, and cross-department collaboration in a loud, dynamic plant environment.

The technician will inspect, repair, and adjust pneumatic/hydraulic systems, perform mold/tool changes, and assist in machine startups.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: basic mathematical skills and use of a computer for simple tasks.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant blow mold equipment.
• Inspect, adjust and repair pneumatic/hydraulic components, valves and pumps.
• Weld, fabricate and repair various machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot root causes of equipment failures and implement fixes.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines if required.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards.
