Job summary

Altium Packaging in Tampa, Florida seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and facility systems. You will install, adjust, and repair equipment while following GMP and safety standards.

Typical duties include troubleshooting, hose/valve work, and occasional operation of blow mold or injection machines. 3rd shift availability and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps.
• Troubleshoot and locate root causes and repair equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance across the plant.
