QPS Employment Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Racine, WI facility on 3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:00am. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and work with PLCs and 480V three-phase power.

Formación

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial automation.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 480V three-phase power, motors, drives, sensors, relays, and motor controls
• Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment and troubleshoot electrical control circuits
• Maintain and repair conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, and other mechanical components
• Troubleshoot and repair corrugated packaging and converting equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Identify equipment failures and implement repairs to minimize production downtime
• Perform equipment adjustments, installations, and modifications as needed
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures
• Work closely with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
