Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance on production equipment and facility systems at our Fort Wayne, IN location.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read blueprints, support automation projects, and ensure safety standards and TPM practices are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance or technical field preferred.
• Automation and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting are essential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support machine improvement and installation of new equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety standards including LOTO procedures and OSHA guidelines.
